The Halloween Terror event brings a thrilling new chapter to the Junkenstein saga with Junkenstein‘s Revenge: Wrath of the Bride. The story continues Dr. Jamison Junkenstein‘s tale with his monstrous creation, the Bride, turning against her maniacal maker.
Players must band together to fight through a gauntlet of possessed foes across 5 areas of Aldersbrunn:
- The Reaping Fields
- The Harvest Wood
- The Twisted Bridge
- The Crypt
- The Ramparts
This time you battle through to rescue Lord Vincent from the Bride‘s deadly clutches. With the Lord‘s life in the balance, you‘ll need skill, adaptability, and teamwork to take down the Bride and her minions to save Halloween!
Assembling the Heroes
Junkenstein‘s Revenge allows players to choose from four heroes for this death-defying rescue mission:
- Ashe – Her rifle and dynamite give excellent sustained damage against bosses.
- Cassidy – His close range Fan the Hammer obliterates groups while magnetic grenade halts pushes.
- Pharah – Great for taking high ground and corner shooting with rockets that rip through groups.
- Soldier 76 – Biotic field heals the team during intense fights while rifle shreds distant enemies.
Based on hero pick rates and win rates this patch, Pharah and Cassidy prove optimal choices into most weekly challenge modifiers. However, swapping Ashe and Soldier 76 situationally can prove effective based on the map or enemy wave compositions.

- Normal – The standard difficulty.
- Hard – Enemies deal 25% more damage.
- Expert – Extends certain time limits by 30%.
- Legendary – Enemies at peak power with 35% more health and 50% more damage.
