I tested Amphibial Protection III against Dugbogs within the Forbidden Forest. While unprotected, their mud hampered my mobility for over 45 seconds! With the trait equipped however, mobility impairment declined to just 28 seconds.

Against Acromantulas, Anti-Venom III reduced initial venom strikes by 34% while lessening the duration of movement speed reduction by 40%.
