i ran into the same problem and found that hamptonbaycushions.com seems to carry a good amount of replacement parts and repair parts and is trying to clean this mess up. the martha stewart line has the same problem so i hear and theres a website out there that has the parts to fit the hampton bay furniture on another site on a google search that i found before

after much looking for new furniture for my pool deck, I bought the oakbrook bar set from sears in july of 08. got it out the next season and all of the barstool arms were rusty, bottoms rusty, and the bar had spots too. sears referred me to numark, and they told me that they would send me new tops only, and I had to pay to get them shipped. when I got them the very first thing i did was spray them with clear coat,(6-09)now this year even those are rusting. Called and was told not under warrenty, now the bartop has shattered (good luck getting that replaced), all rusty, basically bunch of junk

***Replacement Gazebo Tops***
I forgot to mention in my previous blog…I was expecting to pay several hundred dollars for my replacement Gazebo top. I was very impressed to find exactly what I needed at gardenwinds.com.
The replacement top was $149 with Free Shipping. Once I received my order and found that it fit perfectly and was of better guality than the original, I placed another order for a “back-up” top just in case…I feel sure I’d never get lucky enough to find another top after this one wears out.
I did notice that gardenwinds has lots of replacements for other items and/or brands…so it may be worth checking the site for your need(s) as well.

I too have a JRA product. I purchased a 12 x 12 Gazebo, Brittany Collection, from Sam’a Club a couple of years back. I have been very pleased with my purchase but the Gazebo top finally wore out. I took good care of it and only kept the top on during the summer months and stored it during winter.
I recently learned the JRA is no longer around and thought I would be replacing my entire Gazebo until I ran across this site, www. gardenwinds.com. They actually have replacement Gazebo tops for many well known manufacturers, including JRA! So I ordered from them even though I was skeptical of the top fitting. I was shocked! The top not only fits, it had the same mounting and is made from a much better fabric. So to anyone that is looking to replace a Gazebo top, check out gardenwinds…maybe you’ll get lucky, just like I did.

well so far on april 8th i called numark and was told that she never heard of the bolt tops coming of and said to e mail pics of all 2 swivel chairs and 1 stationary chair to her and she would mail out replacement frame for stationary chair and new bolts and attachments for the swivel chairs.well i sent all at 2pm est on april 8th and still no call or e mail back so i phoned today and spoke to someone else and was told that tammy@numark.bz will get message and still no replies.after this is done i will never buy anything again from kmart or sears!!!!never
