It’s Time to Start Submitting My Blog Articles to Article Directories
I’ve had a task on my Someday/Maybe list to submit some of my better blog articles to article directories, but the task hasn’t ever quite made it up to my live task list. I was reading an article by my friend Brad Isaac about how to Build A Dramatic Traffic Increase To Your Blog With Unique Articles. It’s a really good article and well worth reading.
One of the advantages of having your articles in article directories like Ezinearticles.com is that the articles can link back to your own site or blog, thusly increasing your own page rank. He has discovered, however, that when you have multiple copies of the same article that Google will sometimes exclude those from improving your own page rank.
To prevent this, Brad has written a program which will dynamically create unique versions of your articles for you to submit to these article directories. He expects to release it later today. I think this is program is going to be really big! I’ve always enjoyed writing parsing algorithms myself, (which was one of the reasons I enjoyed writing the free web based speed reading tool, Zap Reader, so much) and I can’t wait to try out Brad’s new program. I’ll document my use of the tool, and my experience with article submissions right here, to let you know how it works for me.
Thanks for the pointer, Ricky. I’d like to hear how it goes…
