I&#039;ve found that 30 minutes a day on our stationary bike - 7 days a week - both makes me feel better (mentally and physically) as well as provides time to make progress on my reading. I use a cassette tape recorder to take notes, and find I get a lot accomplished in addition to the workout. This can sound a bit &quot;multi-tasky&quot; to people, but hey - works for me!</description>
